[BF4] BF4 server rules clarification request #2

RE: The following offenses will result in a kill/Kick/Ban: 5. *Do not attack the Uncaps unprovoked. This goes for everything, Infantry, vehicles, etc. Enemy players are fair game only when they fire out of the Uncap.


Q2 (please bear with me) it's a multi-part: Q2a, Q2b, Q2c & Q2d


Q2a: Since it says; "No attack Uncap", (my understanding is you are not supposed to physically be inside there Uncap, you should however be in the actual Battlefield or your uncap); [right??]


Q2b: and "Enemy players are fair game only when they fire out of the Uncap" (my understanding is if they are "firing out", means they are in their Uncap and you are NOT in there Uncap); [right??]


Q2c: and "fair game" (my understanding is normally, you are not supposed to shoot at players in their Uncap, but if they fire out, you can Now "Return" fire from outside the Uncap); [right??]


Q2d: Does "fair game" give you the Authority to enter their uncap OR are you still not allowed in there uncap and only allowed to "Return" fire from outside the Uncap???

D. Gives you the authority to kill them from outside their uncap. You should not be going into their uncap. Unless you have a UCAV, Mortar, TV missile, And can specifically kill only that player / players that you know are firing out of their uncap.

Q1: so your not supposed to go Into Uncap, ***unless ....so, when you do go into Uncap (because they Mortar in Uncap) do U have the authority to kill; A) Only the mortar, B) Only the guy using the mortar, C) either Mortar or Enemy using mortar?

Q2: Finer note, if you place the Mortar outside uncap, but are using it from uncap, can they enter Uncap to get to mortar operator? (because your previous reply was, they have Mortar and Enemy using mortar in uncap, then can go in...this Finer note only has the mortar operator in Uncap)

Q3: Even Finer note, if you place the Mortar inside uncap, but are using it from outside cap, can they enter Uncap to get the mortar? (because your previous reply was, they have Mortar and Enemy using mortar in uncap, then can go in...this Even Finer note only has the mortar in Uncap)

you are really just going too deep into this. Just play the game. You have no reason to go into uncap unless to kill a player shooting from there. Also you can wait for the new rules to be posted for further detail.

The reason behind him asking this is because Major is a total puss. Pearl Market he camps with his mortar in the far back of Chinese Uncap. It is almost impossible to kill him or his mortar. Its the only time he can rack up kills without dying as he is one of the worst players in the game. He Baits people by doing this. People want to kill him as he's usually on a streak kill streak with low deaths but its nearly impossible to do without entering the uncap. As s soon as the person enters he reports them for it.

Id love to see a rule where Mortars/ucavs can NOT be used from uncap. Any guy is allowed. This would make the game far more enjoyable. Not having to worry about Being killed by someone over and over while they hide and are basically unkillable.
