Unfortunately, we do not usually ban for toxic chat. I have reviewed his chat log and didn't find anything way over the top. We will however keep an eye on him. If you see this player start to dive into race or religion, please feel free to report them again for us. These topics are out of bounds and a ban will immediately be issued.

Also, you do have two options to avoid these conversations.

1 - Hide chat
2 - Block the player in Origin. Then you can see chat from others but see nothing this player says.
