Offense committed Griefing.
This guy stole a boat from someone else while the driver was out repairing (common tactic...sit in the rep spot, don't rep, then steal) and then wouldn't move the boat from spawn after they all spawned into the same boat on respawn, demanding the original boat driver leave the boat.
Additional comments This player is known to have toxic/combative chat with everybody. A week or two back, he was bragging about being BAMF which makes all the above make more sense. As I recall, BAMF was banned from TBG for toxic play but not sure if that's in effect.
