There is a certain line that people cross. Usage of the word itself isn't inherently against any of our rules. However when a player dips their hand into general toxicity, spending all of their time in chat and not playing or go even further to harass another player constantly then they could be kicked for it.

I was in game and that's what the guy was doing. I told him to stop being toxic and he seemed to stop
