Keep getting kicked from server

Hi, I was wondering, why do I keep getting kicked from your BF4 Servers? It keeps saying Admin kicked me for a high ping (474) or what ever number. My ping is basically always 50 or so in your servers. Is this the "Make room for members" kick? or is something else happening?

How can I fix my Name So it say's Hawkeye?

Ok, next time I'm in. I'm working days now and can only play on my days off. So I'll be back in on Thurs and Fri.

My Ping Averages around 50 for the most part.

All I would like to know is, am I getting kicked from your server, to make room for your members? I just did a complete system rebuild. You guys have been nice in the past with help, now it's all jokes, what gives?
 
That is not a TBG server, that's a BK server.

Please post one showing your ping to us.

I understand that's a BK server. That's my clan I play with, they just started their own BF4 server and it's mostly conquest, which I don't like. I've been playing in your servers since I bought the Game way back when. (look at your HL Stats or what ever you use to see) That page was there only because I had to wait in line 7 people deep. I was in my TS and they were talking about stuff that had to do with our servers. I'm an Admin there and we looking at something. That was the last page I had up before I joined your server.

I'll get you a screenshot of my ping next time I'm in the server.

Can some (non - child - like) Admin please tell me if you kick to make room for your members. I dint minds a joke every now and again, but I'm looking for a serious answer to this question. "Do you kick to make room for your members".
 
In short, we do have reserved slots. We don't kick people because the server kicks for reserved slots as soon as someone (a reserved slot member) joins. Snakebabies was simply making a joke.

No need reference 'non-child-like' admins, as it was just a joke.

My apologies for that, and I understand it was a joke, but I was trying to figure out why, that was uncalled for from an admin, don't you think? I sent a PM to Joeleb with more info. Thanks for answering my question. I really enjoy playing on your servers and don't want any bad vibes from this.
 
No it's fine, but just be aware we are all adults. I'm sure he meant it in fun. That's part of how a member here gets in, by having a great sense of humor.
 
I believe that our ping limit is set to 160 for most of our servers. You'd only be kicked it your ping was spiking over that for more than 60 seconds, as far as I know. If that is happening, you might want to have a chat with your internet service provider about what is causing it, and make sure someone else in your home isn't watching Netflix or something that is drawing lots of bandwidth. It also never hurts to be sure that all the cable connections to your modem, dvr, tv etc. are tight, because a loose connection can also cause intermittent connection spikes. Some of our own members have encountered problems when the line coming into their house was damaged. It could be something as simple as moisture getting into a cracked insulator on your cable outside due to age or damage from a storm.

If it keeps saying HIGH PING (474) then the reason is already clearly stated. That is not a kick for a reserved slot.

No worries, I'll still get you a screen shot of my ping if you need it, while I'm in your servers, but I think you just answered my question.

I too have a sense of humor, but when I have limited time to play due to my schedule now, the last thing I want is to wait (like 20 Min) to get to play, then finally get in only to get kicked not shortly after for what it said was a high Ping, then to be told to stop downloading porn...I have to admit, I've also said this to others as well, but this was at a bad time. I'll just end this tonight with a few funny screen shots for ya! I won't hold any grudges just Snakebites, don't turn your back on me in the server, I'll just have to stab you in the back!....lol...

This shows you have done a great job on your servers when you have to wait almost 12 people deep to get in to play

You should apply for membership so that you can enjoy our company, and not have to wait in line! :)

If you want to get more details on getting a reserved slot, PM @FAST if you aren't interested in the membership part.
 
So that server message is from BK or ours? We can add you to whitelist so the ping kicker doesnt boot you but if you are spiking consistently past the ping threshold it will boot you for your ping and from what I see you are spiking often.

Reserve slots will be defaulted to "kicked by admin", We can't change that phrase it is default on every server out there that uses reserve slots.

If a TBG member kicked it would have within the message "TBGclan.com"
