I believe that our ping limit is set to 160 for most of our servers. You'd only be kicked it your ping was spiking over that for more than 60 seconds, as far as I know. If that is happening, you might want to have a chat with your internet service provider about what is causing it, and make sure someone else in your home isn't watching Netflix or something that is drawing lots of bandwidth. It also never hurts to be sure that all the cable connections to your modem, dvr, tv etc. are tight, cause a loose connection can also cause intermittent connection spikes. Some of our own members have encountered problems when the line coming into their house was damaged and was fixed by the cable company. Could be something as simple as moisture getting into a cracked insulator on your cable outside due to age or damage from a storm.
If it keeps saying HIGH PING (474) then the reason is already clearly stated. That is not a kick for a reserved slot.
