Both TBG and PB tell me I should not have a ban. yet, it's been nearly 3 years since i was cleared for an inerrant ban. Can someone please for the love of god do something????

My punkbuster is up to date.. it still kicks me after i click JOIN, then it says loading level.. then i get the orange bar and some punkbuster ban stuff...
