Maybe try to put your card in debug mode in GPU settings.

This appears to be a Punkbuster issue, you arent banned from our servers. I found this on EA forums. Unfortunately PunkBuster (evenbalance) is out of the gaming community so submitted a ticket wont help either. Have you tried joining other servers?
