TBG Conquest All Maps Server Bugged / Stuck

Currently myself and all my squad mates and my friends on the TBG Conquest All Maps (BF4) server are stuck. What do I mean by stuck? The match finished on Propaganda and Flood Zone won the vote for the next map. The match 'ended' but we are all stuck on either the end card (what my squadmate said) or a black screen (myself). This started just as the match ended right around 21:00 CST if I had to guess. As of writing this right now I lost connection to the server and looking at Battlelog it says 26 players are all that remains. Not sure if this is a first time issue, it is certainly for me, but I wanted to make this post to keep track of the problem in case it happens again and maybe someone might know something or how to fix it.

UPDATE: After talking to one of my friends who managed to get on the server, it seems it kicked most players are there was a total of 4 players on the server and the map was Operation Locker even though Flood Zone had won the vote. I have heard people say before that it is 'normal' for the server to crash around this time as it is 'restarting' which I don't know if that is true but the way in which it did go down was unique to me to say the least.

UPDATE 2: Server is back up and functional with 44 players on Locker and more joining as I write.
