Is it ok to attack a primary spawn base when no one is shooting out of the base as in preventing helicopters from taking off?
Shooting at initial base (BF3) when no one is shooting out of the base...

You cannot engage with anyone that has not engaged from the main base however if they choose to sit there and engage from main base, you can engage back.
