Here's a video I made the other day cold starting my truck with my neighbor and his shitty Ford watching. I don't know what the record is, but I'm pretty sure I got close at -35F. Also, I wouldn't have even tried it if I wasn't outside my house. The last thing you want is any type of mechanical failure out in cold like that.

I think you should consider mounting a good ole' Cleveland_SteamR emblem on the side of your truck like in BF4. Whatcha think Ops, good idea??

i want to live in a place where one needs that truck with that truck.

Thanks for the compliments guys. Yeah, the cold is something else as a few other members can vouch for. Simple everyday tasks become complex pain in the ass ones, like getting gas. Why do you think my number one pastime is playing battlefield?...lol Powerstoke or Duramax, I really don't have any issues with either one. I was giving my neighbor shit, well because he's my neighbor. A good healthy competition between manufactures makes a better product for the consumers. I just prefer Cummins.

Either way, that's a damn nice truck you have! I'm surprised as hell that started cold like that. I've never seen any diesel do that in those conditions.

I love ford trucks, I prefer the Cummins engine. To hell with Duramax I hate the IFS, the engine though is a diesel hot rodders dream.

Anything done to your 6.7 or all stock except for the wheels tires and I think leveling kit?

Thats cold as shit... now go 80mph over the whoops;)
kinda cheating with something to heat the compression chambers. No fucking way you are starting a gas engine that cold. Ford or Dodge.
Not with out some sort of starting aide.

That was impressive. So basically I need to shut my mouth when I said it was cold this morning at 17. :).

H&S Mini Maxx with Overdrive, Sinister delete kit fully deleted (EGR valve/cooler, CAT, NOX, DPF), and a 5" SS TBE is all I've done performance wise. That pretty much kills any plans of living in a state that requires emission tests...lol No leveling kit, still factory suspension.

Yeah had a buddy who had a 2006 or 07 6.7 after 40k miles the engine had to be rebuilt, apparently the intake valves were just covered in carbon deposits because of the EGR valve during regen cycles of the DPF putting in too much fuel, just killed the engine.
