3rd Floor Metro Okay?

Just finished a round where the RU Team took up positions on the 3rd floor of the right building (from US spawn). The floor isn't normally accessible and I'm assuming they're *not* glitching to get there. This is at least two games I've played where the players did this and I want to make sure its legit to use before doing it. I don't want to get banned. I know the room in the pharmacy building is okay, as you can reach it using the awnings.

You can climb up there if you go out the window on the second floor and use the awning-that's how they get there. Easiest way to make sure that doesn't happen is blow that shit up to take down the awnings. RPG, Demo, and nube tubes do the job nicely.

It is the same deal as it is with the pharmacy.

Yeah, I've kicked a bunch of guys for being up there till Farstar showed me how to do it. Same as the pharmacy but it seems harder to do for some reason. Lesson learned.
