Abusing Surrender

Hello,

Can the Admins please remove/disable the surrender feature on the Rush server. Noobs abuse that feature daily and multiple maps in a row just because they do now want to play a specific map. Even as I am typing some noob on the server is spamming surrender 2nd map in a row at 300+ tickets just cause they don't want to play the map. It's become and issue where people vote a specific map and then someone who doesn't want to play it abuses surrender. I have made multiple (Private) reports almost daily and people still abuse it
