Antivirus software questions?

I currently use Avira. Excellent support. But I am thinking of changing to either McAfee or Kaspersky.

What AV do you use, why, and how is the technical support?

I was on slick deals the other day and they had kespersky for free. It was a 3 computer for $50 and got a $50 rebate.

Why do you need technical support? Buying a quality anti-virus means you shouldn't need it much if ever. I actually have a managed anti-virus product that does everything in the background. I also guarantee the computer against infection or the viruses are removed fully at my company's time and cost (computer must be clean first). All updates and scans happen in the background and don't require any action from the users. PM me if interested. I'll hook you up with the friends and family pricing.
