I just watched probably more than half of it. Its probably the worst movie I have ever seen. Its like Blair Witch Project meets Area 51 nerds but nothing ever happens and by the time it does you're just too worn out to give two fives.

Oh my expectation going in was that it would be a documentary. I don't dislike the mystic around area 51 but this movie is just shit.

Area 51 - the ARCADE game however is fucking INSANELY awesome!!! Cant tell you how many quarters/tokens I have spent on that game since my childhood, but well fucking worth every PENNY!

Such a good game. I have a local dealer who has a cabinet for about $200 last I checked. I would love to get it....but I have no space and there are other cabinets i would want to get before that one.

I watched this movie all the way cause i wanted to see what happens lol. Really though it was bad, apparently area 51 is guarded by 6 military personnel, a dozen employees (scientist maybe) and one janitor. Breaking into the base was a joke...a disabled blind person could easily walked in area 51.

I also watched http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2799166/ the pyramid cause it was a cheap b rated movie. That one was better than area 51 for sure.

I thought the length was alright. I wish they had more "exploration" in the movie. Granted that would have increased the length of the film, but I would have been OK with that.

NatGeo had Neil deGrasse Tyson on a few weeks ago where he was going to give his insight to the movie Interstellar. I missed it and was just curious what he had to say about it. But I'm with Chocolate_Ch3rry on this one. More exploration would have been good. It's a lengthy movie but it keeps you interested the whole way through. It was not boring in my opinion. I'll stay away from Area 51 the movie and the real area! Scared to shit by aliens!! LOL

I wish I would have known Neil was going to be talking about the movie. I'm a nerd when it comes to any kind of space exploration documentaries. I just love that kind of shit. Like the shows The Universe and Into The Wormhole. I guess I should have pursued a career in that field. Anyways I thought the movie was very accurate and would recommend it to anyone with similar interests.
