Wow, no clue. Some form of MAV surfing? Parachute from the party room? Human pyramid? No idea, if you play Battlefield you will see shit you cannot explain...

very simple, on the picture you can see the 3rd floor wall is destroyed, he just ran off that with a jump and landed on it.

Seen a few people get up there but when I try never happens. You dont need the wall destroyed can jump from the ledge or awnings of 3rd floor party room pharmacy.
