If possible, the reason that you might have got banned for For saying N word to a friend in squad chat?

Any additional comments you would like to add? We were just chilling in squad chat, I didn't use the word as a slur. I didn't use the word as an insult and didn't type it in all chat and it wasn't targeted at anyone as an insult.

Our rules are clearly posted on the server and splash across the screen regularly. We have a zero tolerance policy and context doesn't matter when using them. This appeal is denied.

Our other servers remain open to you, pending it doesn't happen again at which point it would be extended to all.
