Ban Appeal

So I tried appealing my ban to the Naval Strike 24/7 server, but I'm on my phone at the moment and this website is a little weird on a mobile device; so if I need to submit an appeal I can, I was instructed by 1968Marine (I think was the his gamer handle) to post my picture here, so that's what I'm doing. But this is what punkbuster banned me for, if there is something that I did wrong in this, please let me know; it was an honest mistake and I'm sorry for any trouble I may have caused, but I'm really not seeing what might have been wrong in me asking what I did.

Thank you, I appreciate it. I went ahead and posted the picture to the actual appeal form. And again, if for whatever reason I did do something wrong, I will accept full blame.
