Battlefield 3 Server - Add DLC maps?

Hi, I think we discussed this ages ago but I don't recall the specifics. I think the position of TBG was that they wouldn't put DLC on the BF3 server in order to keep the game/server accessible to all players.

Would there be any circumstances whereby DLC could be added? For example, on one day of the week?

Do we have any idea of % of current player base that DOESN'T have DLC?
