Define tactically. I have had people spot tanks out of line of site and then used trigonometry and a little trial and error to smack that ass using another tank. The only other tactic I have is shoot first and win! On foot is just never the best idea.
 
I'm probably one of the only gamers that goes on the hunt for tanks while on foot. There is just something satisfying for me to take a tank down while on foot.
