BF2 Ping

Okay, this is a problem that occurs on for me on BF2 and on almost every server. One moment I'm playing at 30 ping, and then suddenly it starts going to 500-900 ping without warning, no cause.

Kinda bugging me...any ideas on fixes?

Not a clue. I have had that happen on occasion and think it was related to Comcast in some way.

It oddly enough, only server it doesn't happens is TBG's..lolz

As far as I can tell, nothing is downloading during this time. Windows updates don;t download without telling me first, so I know its not that.
