BF3 Server all stats showing level 1

BF3 Server all stats showing level 1. May need a restart. I check a different server and stats were normal.

For some reason the BF3 server is showing no stats / as if ranking was turned off, or the stats server was offline, however I have heard it works on other servers so I don't know!
