BF3 Server Balance fix

Hello, I am new to the forums, however not new to BF3, in any means

Im glad to be here, I like the server a lot, but I have noticed a quite depressing problem that takes the fun out of the game and makes it difficult to have a good game.

Balancing.

Not to be mean, but to put it plain, your balancing system is half-assed or just plain bad.

Why are you trying to Balance a server by putting recent joiners and 0-24 people on the LOSING team rather than moving a 49-2 guy from the WINNING team to the LOSING team? And I bet you guys wonder why games are 500-10 at points xD

My advice and suggestion is to move 2 out of the top 5 of the winning team to the losing team and the last 3 of the losing team to the winning team. It would make for a better game and better teamwork rather than everyone just trying to get kills since they know they will lose.

Whats the point of teamwork when your team is down 450 tickets?

Would be great to see the system fixed

The guy who is 49 and 2 would be pissed and would be probably be coming here and asking for last joined player to be used instead. That it isnt fair that he needs to be pushed to the other side. Bottomline You can't please everyone. We tried both and receive more complaints in the past than now. At least with last connected players they would be less irate since they just joined. And we don't brake squads up to move them around because that would piss off the whole squad. Last join players are lone wolves.

to go with what fasty said, if you notice most servers always switch last joined. as they have just showed up not to have an effect for either side yet. you cant say that youd be ok with putting in all your effort being top 5 on the winning team only to get tossed across from all the hardwork/teamwork you put in. however if you would be ok with that then next your on the wrecking ball team voluntarily switch over? ive been bouced before in our bf4 servers after helping my team secure the victory only to take the loss its not fun to have happen id rather be bounced at the start.
