[BF3] BF3 Server Keeps Splitting My Squad Up

Hi, my friends and I are having a blast on the all conquest maps server, but nearly every game our squad gets split up for auto-balancing and have a hard time getting back together. Is there any way to set it so it prioritizes moving players who aren't in squads or something? Thanks!
