BF4 Settings Editor - Realmware Battlefield Tools
I used the BF3 version right from day one, and found it flawless. It provides a much better interface for changing your keybinds, as well as letting you save them to different profiles. It will also try to import your BF3 controls.
It's a hell of a timesaver when you consider that every update DICE has released so far has reset everybody's controls.
