BF4 TBG Server Whitelist request

Hello, I was told to come here for this request. I notice that a lot of the TBG servers have zero tolerance for high ping, meaning when i randomly spike to 500 for about 1 second I get kicked.

I usually spike to 500 1 - 3 times an hour which makes it pretty frustrating to constantly have to rejoin when for the remaining time I sit at 50-70ping.

both me and my roommate have this same issue. Is there a way to get whitelisted?

@Matt(FAST) will be able to give you the lowdown. The ping kicker isn't supposed to be a complete nazi, there's meant to be a little bit of give to smooth out any spikes. I'm not sure of the details; how high/long/often, for example.
 
looks like infantry only had instant kick option enable that has been changed to average now.
 
We generally only play the Infantry Only server, we found it pretty unforgiving... thanks for looking into it!
