I would like to request a whitelist for my Battlefield 4 account.
In-game name: Makoto_Shishio93
I am being kicked from the [TBG] LOCKER ALL WEAPONS server with the message that I was excluded/banned for using a VPN or proxy.
However, I am NOT using a VPN, proxy, or any service to hide or change my connection.
I play on PC using a wired Ethernet connection and a normal residential Internet connection from Colombia.
I can play on other Battlefield 4 servers without any problems. This issue only happens on the TBG server.
I believe my IP may have been incorrectly detected as a VPN/proxy.
Could you please check my connection and, if possible, add me to the whitelist?
I really enjoy playing on the TBG Locker server and would appreciate your help.
