Clean at everything I could find on him. Clean PB history for a year or more. Nothing on any of the meters and stats look normal.

Yeah you gave me the wrong guy lol. Find a place you can copy and paste his alias from so it's exact if you can. I believe you can copy and past directly form the BL server browser.

This is the right guy and he is banned from there and I'm adding him to all servers now.
