C4 Glitching on Metro.

I was just wondering if C4 Glitching is allowed on Metro. I was in the server earlier and this guy kept killing our team with the glitch. If it isn't allowed I'll report him since I have it on video. Just let me know. Wanted to ask first. Thanks
