Can someone work on my sig for me?

I would like my sig resized so I can use it on a different forum. It's 3xx x 124 aand they don't allow sigs more than 500 x 100 or something. There is also a white line in it that if someone could take it out that would be cool.
Or make me a new one. I know what I want. Typewriter keys coming up and spelling it out. With the type how a typewriter does it with missing ink spots or what ever.
