Can't See Naval Strike Server???

Not sure what is going on, I can see all our BF4 server but not Naval Strike even if it says it's online. Tried in browser typing only TBG and can find all our servers but not this one. @DogPen says he see it so I am clueless to why I can't find it.

Any one can help me figure out?

Restarted server and now it shows not sure what happened

Actually looks like Matt is Canadian too... so that might not be it...
