This is another 9999 player who is very suspect and I believe was already banned, but looking into it further.
 
Banned, along with most of this clan...
 
I'm not sure he was hacking but I just wanted a look. Never seen a whole clan banned from one look though, interesting.

Ive played for years, started on console I know usual places which when I do get those kills people think its sus but People can be good at a game that's this old, I've played thousands of games im just good a veh

Alot of those reports hes in a vehicle which is probably why there is so much red and yellow. Weapon stats look fine and so do overall stats. Not saying he isnt hacking but it's more than likely not and he just got a shot off on Stat from a direct LOS to the building rather than to him and got him with splash damage.
