CSS Flexbox Front Page Layout now live (All Themes)

A front page layout similar to the old theme, but much faster is now live. I will be working this into the old theme now. Should be up in a little while.

At desktop resolutions everything will be normal. Generally at tablet resolutions the sidebars will be on the bottom side by side. On Mobile the side bars will be stacked at the bottom. Unlike the old theme this does not have a delay in occuring.

I still likely have some adjustments to make as it was a major restructure of the pages html and css.

I have started a live test of the layout on the old theme. It has issues lol but its live.

Issue fixed. Now live on the non wide fp old theme and the new theme in total.

Both themes and now the wide front page, moderator friendly version of the old theme have this layout. Be aware it may be in a state of adjustment for the rest of the day.
