Maybe he was just a "security guard" not a cop necessarily (even though the uniform kinda looks like a cop's). In any case, I guess the cops in China are really laid-back LULZ.
 
I thought it was kinda funny. Don't lie...all of you have thought about doin the same thing to someone who cuts you.

But hey...they both cut each other so they're even now.
 
Thats pretty sad that the officer doesnt really do much, whether security or an actual cop...
