Different time for lockers server restart?

Hey what are the chances of getting the time of the server restart changed on lockers... maybe like 9am or something...?

It already restarts once automatically in the middle ofthe night when server is empty. If server has 1 player in there it wont restart. The second restart timing needs to be further away from that. Its perfect because it ensure good performance during prime time. I can set it to 4 pm or 3 pm but it shouldn't be 9 am
