He's clean on PB with the same GUID for the past 3 years. Do you have any video of him?
 
I saw another player posted comment that he has. If you watch the log, you'll see. He posted about 1-2 minutes before my 1st post.
 
I banned him. We'll see if he appeals. The 1st time I was logged into the All Maps server but the map was Karkand, that's why I didn't see him the 1st time.
