EA getting sued over BF4

Bad news for all fans. EA exec pockets will stay filled while dice and fans are hurt.

The lawsuit has nothing to so with consumers. The lawyers took it upon themselves since its a potential cash cow for them. Consumers will get enough out of it to donate the minimum on the next humble bundle while Dice sees a smaller budget so their next game can suck even more.

In the US you already can pay for them if you want lol. Slim Jim's comes with a code one for bronze 2 for silver 3 gets you a gold.

Like you'd even have to opt in. These days that shit seems automatic. I get a stack of 1 dollar checks from class actions every year. Most of them preceded by a notice if you want to sue them yourself you have to opt out.

True; I got a $73 check this month from an earlier EA lawsuit. I guess I never opted out of it but whatever, if I recall it was something to do about the Madden NFL title.
 
There should be a lawsuit for star wars old republic. I want my money back! Paid $50 for that shit and now its free.

That is amazing. Pretty rare anyone gets shit out of it since the settlement is usually some number that is nowhere near the relative damages. Once the lawyers get their cut and its divided among 15 million people everyone gets like 2 bucks.
