Evidence: Spectate him and see.

Comments: This guy was 21/0 when everyone else on the server was more like 5/5. He finished 41/6. Pretty good for a level 14. I checked his stats and found that he is 4% in the world for headshot/kill ratio. I decided to spectate him to check him out further. On many occasions he tried to aim/shoot at players before they were visible. Spectate him for 5 minutes if you need more proof. It is very obvious.

Clean at PB and ACI. Nothing stands out to me with his stats. Only 62% HS ratio with sniper rifle and the next highest is 28% for the AK-12 assault. Did not check for damage mod though.
 
Watched him for about 10 minutes and couldn't say I witnessed anything obvious. He was using an LMG and more than half the time he went around the corner prefiring and nobody was there. He was 42-16 last I checked with 3 players above his stats. Not seeing anything so far.
 
Hmm. I guess I could be wrong. Maybe he turned them off. He agreed with me when I said it didn't look legit.
