Fairfight is so broken...

So as some of you have already heard..... I got handed a ban from fairfight today for no reason. When I try to join any server I get an error saying ive been kicked by fairfight because I am banned. I have contacted support twice and they cant seem to figure out wtf is wrong. They tell me that my account is active and that i should be able to play. One of them suggested that i clear cookies/cache ect so i did that to no avail.. I also tried hopping on bexys computer and trying to log in from there and i got the same shit.. I am not really sure what else to do at this point.... they told me that i needed to contact EA appeals email or something like that... which i did this afternoon when it first started happening.. and they still haven't got back to me. This system is so broken. Ive read numerous stories of other people having issues pretty much identical to what i am experiencing right now.

All you can do is figure it out with them. EA is not known for their speed or competency, so good luck. We'll be putting your trial on hold temporarily while this is sorted out. Hopefully its good news.
