Sorry about the long post, the video is at the end I promise, but you might wanna read this. Since most of you probably don't know, every year, PSU hosts a fund raiser called THON. The goal is to cure all pediatric cancer, and to do so, students raise money all year and dance for 48 hours...no sleep, no rest. We eat standing up, only time you sit down is for the bathroom, and even then, people make sure you don't fall asleep. It happened just this weekend, and we raised 7.8 MILLION dollars. The money goes to the Four Diamonds fund, which is a fund that helps families pay for the doctors, the chemo, and living expenses while their kids are in the hospitals. So far we have saved over 2000 kids, and raised over 61 million dollars. If that wasn't enough reason to do this, the THON kids put on a talent show for us. Here was one of my favorites i saw this weekend!
