Patience you must learn. Takes a few minutes to show up. Looked alright not sure what you used but it only get slightly better than that anyways. No matter what bitrate you encode at once youtube gets its hands on it things get ugly. So I guess the main thing was the sound. If you ran into trouble we can help you with that.
