I had lag issues for about a month. Couldn't play really since i was getting 50-100 packet loss every 10 seconds. Whatever long story short. I first believed it was my provider, they re-configured it in the basement blah blah...It was good that I brought them anyways the RF was fucking off and bad. I did bring them over 4 separate times for other tweaking. 
Replaced my modem, that didn't work.
Tried pingplotter on my second PC and it had no problems at all. So i thought it was my MSI motherboard (network card is on board), was about to add a different NIC card but i just tried disabling my firewall for shits and giggles and received 0 packet loss. I never had any issues with my avira firewall but they really messed up with the latest update. Should of seen that one coming.
