From Australia, can't play BF4

I've recently gotten back into BF4 and really been wanting to play a lot, however, the servers are usually inactive in Australia region at the times that I'm available, and every North American server has an auto kick for high ping, my ping in NA usually sits between 190 to early 200s depending on what coast the server is located, I'd really like to play this game again, so I hope you'd consider whitelisting
 
After a quick discussion, we can whitelist to one server only for you. Whichever you will frequent the most. Thanks
 
Hate to be a bother, I'm just curious, I am still getting kicked out for high ping in the server I listed
 
It's been another few days and I'm still getting kicked from the server I requested whitelisting from, can I please get any confirmation on if I'm just waiting or not whitelisted after all??
 
Sorry this seemed to have been missed. I am investigating now.
 
I have run the command again in All maps and it seems to have worked. Please try to connect and play when you can.
