They are going to fuck up one of the greatest movies of the 90's. What the fucking fuck. There is no way they will have the appropriate amount of cheese and funny shit, and there is no way todays bunch of cunty PC Hollywood douchebags don't recognize and reject the irony of Robocop/Detroit. The mayor of Robocop 2 is basically the Detroit mayor who was just sentenced to 28 years in prison. They could make it cool as shit, but they will fuck it up because that's what they do. I'm still going to see it...
Gary Oldman and Michael Keaton very rarely make stinkers so maybe this won't totally blow, but they are going to abandon the original Robocop guaranteed.

LOL. Look if someone wants to send some modern technology back to the 90's I will watch 90's shit. But watching most 90's movies to me looks like they kept the masters on Betamax and then tried to restore the shit after they degraded for 20 years. I have issues with some old movies and shows from various eras. But the early 90's for some reason no one gave a shit about quality. They seemed to have shot with the intention of "Whats the point they are going to watch it on VHS anyways". Seen alot of good movies restored but I swear I can't get over some others.

I actually worry about some of the shit shot in digital now. Some of the early digital shit was shot IN 1080P we didn't get 4K cameras for a couple of years there and even 4K is pretty low resolution compared to film. Kinda worried when I am an old fart with my Super Ultra Epic HD tv some movies I enjoyed a few years ago are gonna look bad just because of the screen lol.

Nah, Robocop was released in 1987, not the 90s. Scary to think it's been 25+ years since that came out. It'll be interesting to see what the new one is like. I was hoping they wouldn't follow the script from the first one, but from the previews it looks like they did.
