Good Morning,

So i have been trying out some glasses for sitting in front of the computer. I sit in front of it all day for my job then when i come home and play games. Wondering if anyone else has tried some. I got 2 different pairs to try out and so far both are working well. my eyes are not as tired at night and i sleep better. Wife think i look like a dork with both pairs, but i sleep better so she doesnt complain.

This is the first pair more expensive, but very comfortable and look ok.

This is the second pair cheaper and not as comfortable, but still work well.

I have not tried the gunnar optiks or any others looking to see if anyone else has.
Thanks,
Skas

I can give you the same effect as the glasses for free. Look for and download f.lux

it adjusts your screens picture so that it matches the daylight of your GPS location. And then once night hits it will be at a level that wont strain your eyes or keep you awake more. I know I got a few people on here to use it already

I own a pair of gunnars there is for sure a difference in as you said eye strain. I notice it more when off the pc after a long session then while playin, but lil bit while playing its kinda hard to describe. ive only tried this pair so I cant compare to others brands, as my buddy like you is on pc all day at work then gaming when gets home. he talked me into trying them out and swore by gunnar brand so that's what I picked up and they have some pretty sleek looking frames as well

Wooowww.... Just installed this, already feel the difference.
This is awesome, thanks. I'll have to disable it when working with colors on the PC though.

Yea, I love the thing. and its really easy to turn it off Temp for color sensitive work.

One thing i do want to mention with the glasses is that they sharpen some of the images on the screen and give them more contrast. So i am now a wayyy better sniper since i can see the pixels moving more quickly and distinctly.

I am going to try the f.lux software to see how that affects my eyes.
