Hey Players,
We were referred to the TBG Clan by ICeWoLF of 47R.
We're looking for beta tester on the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Source, Team Fortress: 2, Battlefield 3, and Call of Duty 4 games to help us beta test our new OpenPlay tournament system that we launched at E3 on June 11th, 2013. Beta will continue on for about another 30 days or so, and then launch live (for real money).
To sign-up, head over to our secure site at https://www.gaminggrids.com/
If you're wanting more information on the corporate side of things, specifically our management team, and legal compliance -- view our corporate site at GamingGrids - It's video gaming. Only better.?
A little info on the system and company; we're a Las Vegas, US based company who has developed an online tournament system (OpenPlay) around our patent-pending technology that allows gamers from across the world to legally play in hourly, daily, monthly, etc tournaments on local regional servers hosted by our partner(s) while engaging in real currency money paying tournaments, as well as partake in the worlds first progressive jackpots for non-gambling scenarios -- where, once you win multiple tournaments, you can win larger jackpots based on performance.
Our system is a bit unique in that there are no limits as to how big tournament pools can grow; and 90% of the tournament income goes back out to the players... and it's not only 1st, 2nd, and 3rd who get paid.. we actually pay out 60% of everyone who enters the tournament.
This system is not exactly team based, it's more of a "1 vs. world" type of thing where you, as a player (and a group of friends, or team members) can go and join tournament(s) such as regional and worldwide, and then go into our official servers and play. At the end of the tournament each player's performance within the game will be calculated and parsed through our patent-pending player rating algorithms.
You can view realtime progress by viewing the "grid" on your dashboard, which consists of 10 levels, and 10 tiers (the higher your skill, the higher you will be on the grid).
If you enable Auto-Join, you can just join a server, and keep playing until you're tired of it.. then view your reward(s). The objective is to make it simple, so the player isn't actually doing anything other than what they would be doing anyway (just playing the game), except this way, they can win money hourly or daily for playing.
In a few months we plan to rollout our 1v1 and team vs team system.
Tons more to it, take a look at the YouTube video regarding the tournament system...

For a more in-depth view at how to join a tournament, view the video below (around Battlefield 3, but works the same for CS:GO)...

Any questions, please ask.
I'd like to coordinate with the TBG Staff an organized roll-out of players from TBG who want to participate.
One question we've had asked over and over on other forums is regarding cheating...
We at Gaming Grids, Inc. take cheating very seriously. We employ a certain system that, when you create your account you must validate with Punkbuster or Steam to ensure you are the owner of said gamer; and then once you deposit funds to play, you must undergo an ID validation system where you enter your name, address, and DOB and then answer random multiple choice questions regarding your personal history (old addresses, schools, etc). This validates location, age, and identity.
In the event that a person is reported and confirmed cheating by our systems, proper actions will be taken; and they may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law; seeing as how we are a Las Vegas, NV based Corporation (soon to expand abroad) -- that's effectively cheating/committing fraud and is a federal gaming violation punishable via felony conviction, fines, and imprisonment.
If you cheat on our system; it's not just a slap on the wrist GUID ban. It's real-life legal charges.

Cheating on the Gaming Grids System -
By no means will this be tolerated in essence we have a zero tolerance policy.
The penalties for such actions will result in the immediate elimination of your account
and possible forfeiture of your remaining account balance. Depending on the severity
of the actions legal recourse may be sought. Also please note before playing for
money you must pass the sign up and verification system which will verify your age,
name and address. This also will remove some of the anonymity that cheaters desire.
There are other systems in place to assure fair play for this system.
