Gunmaster server high pings and auto balancer

Gunmaster server autobalancer isn't working and not sure of ping limit what your high is but we are getting 230 pings in their and makes it to where USA players can't play at all without lagging us up. thanks

seems like procon was frozen, that happens after a few days of running non stop. Restarted.
