haha

LOL!!! Thats what they get! i ride my bicycle to work and i encounter bad drivers on my rides to work sometimes. They don't get jawed cuz i would go to jail but its great to see that we fight back in other ways. i'm going to invest in a helmet cam after seeing these videos.

I'm a cyclist, it's great cardio. In the first video, while the cyclist has the legal right to hog up the road "like a tank", that doesn't mean he should. I ride on a road if I can go the speed limit so as to not slow down traffic. The cyclist was able to chase the car pretty effectively and not get left behind, so that tells me he can reach the speed limit. As a result, the cyclist wasn't even breaking a moral right to be on the road since the car shouldn't be going faster than the speed limit (aka the bicycle). In theory, the bicycle is only holding back the driver of the vehicle from committing a crime (exceeding the speed limit).

I had an overweight woman follow me after I took a right turn without stopping on my bike. I turned far right and rode on the far right where cars park. It's true that the lady didn't know that's what I usually do, and I guess she thought I was going to go straight without stopping (instead of turn right and drive the same direction she was driving in...again, where the cars park). Anyways I'm going downhill and suspect she's chasing me....but why? She didn't even slow down or hit the brakes when I made that fast turn without stopping...So I go my usual route to the store to get some 40oz. She pulls up next to me and raises her voice at her kid daughter saying "TELL HIM!", the daughter and I just look at each other then the woman yells "you could have gave me a heart attack", I start laughing (thinking to myself "naw it's your weight that's going to give you that") and walk away, she drives slow next to me and I'm just thinking to myself to get in the store where there are cameras in case she wants to take it further but she just drove off. Ya I was irresponsible in not stopping but I'm pretty careful about it and think the only real danger when I do that is if another cyclist is coming downhill fast that I don't see but I always look left and slow down a bit when turning, even if I don't make a full stop. I think she didn't have to follow me, what if I was a crazy ass vato like @amarua ? Likewise the guy in the car didn't have to get out twice haha, gotta keep that rage in control. "Despite all my rage I'm still just a rat in a cage"
