Help needed. Isn't BF3 free now?

I have BF3 Limited Edition and it will not install ... message states code already used.

I go to the official BF3 website and they want money to buy the game, premium and dlc.

WTF?

So how do I get BF3 installed and do I need premium and all the dlcs to play here on our server?

Have you played bf3 on that account before? If it's saying it's a used code you'll need to contact Origin and they'll put a new one on your account for you.
