Help!

So, I've been playing the air maps on my laptop...and it doesn't seem to lag UNPLAYABLE, but my movements do seem very slow. People tell me that I look like I'm running but that I'm moving as if I were walking. Everything takes like 5 seconds to happen after I press buttons. Is this something I can fix, or does my laptop just suck?

Maybe lower resolution and graphic settings ? Not sure. See if that helps

With lower resolution and lowest graphics settings it doesn't lag nearly as much. BUT, my character runs barely faster than it walks. It's like he runs in slo-mo.

I can play CoD4 at 90fps.

hmmm vert sync is off?

Seems like something is not up to date or just can't run it on the laptop lol.

Yep vertical sync is off in the config and in the settings menu. I can fly jets just fine, same with helicopters (although I am terrible), and these (imo) should be the most resource intensive. Literally, running/walking is the only thing that is slowed down. CPU usage is at ~45/50% when playing.
