[BF3] How do I launch BF3?

I'm trying to get BF3 to work on my Windows machine and it refuses to launch..just stays at "joining Server" then when I click the x it will then say "Waiting for game to exit"
How the actual hell do I fix this?

I think logging out of battlelog and logging back in fixes this.

I ended up having to uninstall origin, uninstall BF3, reinstall both and for some reason that worked.
